Spec Sheet — Seventeen Pasta Builds
Drawn up by the office of Abigail Rose Kieltyka, Frisco, Texas. Seventeen pasta builds, each filed with its sauce and composition line. Read as a spec: the method is described the way it is actually cooked, and every build is repeatable.
Tomatoes crushed by hand, basil torn in last — the baseline build every other one is measured against.
SAUCE: simple tomato-basil, finished with olive oil.
BUILD: spaghetti · crushed tomato · garlic · basil · olive oil.
Egg, pecorino and pepper whipped into a silk — no cream by office policy.

Pantry Rules
Four shelves feed every spec above: dough, sauce, cheese, toppings. The thickness of the dough and the order of the layers decide the style — the sauces above are the ones the office actually mixes. Start with mayo-and-tomato logic, season boldly, rest ten minutes.
