The office of Recipe Kieltyka Co files seventeen pasta builds — each drawn up like a specification: what the dish is, the sauce it wears, and the composition line that repeats it. The office is run by Abigail Rose Kieltyka of Frisco, Texas, who files an entry only after cooking it twice.
Filing rules of the office: first, every spec describes typical family practice, not law; second, nothing is sold, sponsored or advertised; third, every entry must work in a real kitchen with a real oven and real ingredients.
The printable spec sheet — all seventeen builds — is free and downloads from the main page without registration.
Corrections, failed experiments and family additions are filed at [email protected] or through the spec desk. The office is not affiliated with any restaurant, chain or brand.
